Return and Exchange Policy
Applicable conditions
1. 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Condition Requirements: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including all accessories and gifts). An order number or electronic invoice must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Activated software or digital products (e.g., system activation codes). Customized products (with engraving or special configurations). Products damaged by human error (e.g., water damage, dropping, scratches, etc.).
3. Quality issues
30-Day Warranty: If any performance issues occur, please contact customer service for a return or exchange.
Inspection Requirements: An inspection report from an authorized agency (proving no damage) must be provided.
Shipping: If a quality issue is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application: Log in to your account and apply in the "Order Center" or email 19903742333@163.com
Document Verification: Provide photos/videos of the product issue (response within 48 hours).
Return: Return via DHL/UPS or other trackable shipping method (retain tracking number).
Refund Processing: Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
