After you place your order, we require 3 business days to process it. Once processed, your package will be handed over to the logistics carrier. You will receive a logistics tracking number via email.

You can track your order's progress by entering your logistics code or order number and email information on our website. Additionally, you can contact us through our webpage for delivery updates.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is estimated between 7-15 business days. Prices vary depending on the country; please check the prices during checkout.

Germany: 12-17 working days

affect delivery times, and we cannot guarantee logistics timeliness. Please note that shipments cannot be made to military bases or other specially controlled areas. In such cases, we will contact you via email to arrange for an alternative address or a refund. Please check your email for any updates.
